Kinemage: More defective links + a version question

two of the "here" links do not work:

I think there is a "pps" missing in the path.

The Protein Society server (i.e. gopher://gopher.prosci.uci.edu/)
appears to be down, and ftp.prosci.uci.edu does not accept anonymous
login.

Richardson's ftp server is up, and I have downloaded MAGE_5_04.SGI for
IRIX. Is this version OK, or should I use 4.2 (5.04 seems to be
available for IRIX only)?
