Dear Clare,
Following the discussion on the Biomoo on Wednesday on the naming of atoms,
my husband (who is not a scientist but once studied greek) dug out a grammar
which had the capital letters as well as lower case.
The symbol for eta in capitals looks like
an H, so perhaps eta is not missed out. Sorry, fellow students who were not
at the first session of Biomoo; it will be more apparant what I am talking
about when you see the transcript.
